	This Amersham Ultrospec 2100 Pro UV/Vis spectrophotometer has a 190-900 nm range, 8-position cell changer, on board LCD microprocessor display, automatic wavelength calibration on start up, serial and parallel Centronics interfaces, & provides stored routines for DNA, RNA and oligonucleotide quantitation and purity check. Wavelength scan with zoom, absorbance changes with time, reaction rate determinations, and standard curves can be displayed and printed out. User defined equations can be entered using the multi-wavelength mode and up to 18 methods can be saved. Longer lasting Xenon lamp configuration. Nice compact design & beautiful yellow color.
