The Agilent AdvanceBio SEC 300 Å, catalogue number PL1580-3301, is a size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) column designed for the separation and analysis of proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and their aggregates/fragments. It uses 2.7 µm fully porous silica particles with a 300 Å pore size, in a 4.6 mm I.D. × 150 mm length stainless steel column format, optimized for biomolecule sizing in the ~5 kDa to ~1.25 MDa range.
