Agilent AdvanceBio SEC 300Å Guard Column - New in Box

The Agilent AdvanceBio SEC 300Å Guard Column (part number PL1580-1301) is a guard column designed to be used ahead of a full analytical size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) column in bio-pharmaceutical applications. It features 2.7 µm fully-porous silica particles with a pore size of ~300 Å, optimized to protect the primary 300 Å SEC column used for large biomolecule separations (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, aggregates) by capturing particulates and extending the lifetime of the analytical column. It is configured in stainless steel hardware with dimensions of 4.6 mm I.D. × 50 mm length.
