Agilent Bio HPLC Colum PLRP-S Reversed Phase Column - New in Box

The Agilent PLRP-S column is a polymeric reversed-phase column built on fully porous polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with a large 1000 Å pore size. It is designed for the analysis of large biomolecules (proteins, peptides, intact/subunit antibodies) under harsh conditions, thanks to its broad pH range stability (pH 1–14) and high temperature capability. The 8 µm particle size and 2.1 mm ID × 150 mm length format offer a balance of resolution and throughput for bio-LC and LC/MS workflows.
