Agilent Zorbax 300SB-C8 HPLC Column - New in Box

The ZORBAX 300SB-C8 Narrow Bore column by Agilent is a reversed-phase HPLC column designed for peptide/protein applications. It uses fully porous silica with a 300 Å pore size (suitable for large molecules) and is packed with 5 µm particles in a narrow bore format (2.1 mm I.D. × 150 mm) to provide efficient separations under relatively moderate pressure. The C8 bonded phase offers less hydrophobic retention compared to C18, making it a good choice when slightly faster elution or reduced retention of large hydrophobic biomolecules is desired.
