Sepax Technologies Zenix SEC‑300 HPLC Size-Exclusion Column - New in Box

The Zenix SEC-300 is a high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) column designed for analysing and separating macromolecules (proteins, antibodies, polymers) in aqueous or mixed mobile phases. It is built on 3 µm spherical silica particles that are coated with a neutral hydrophilic polymer layer to minimize non-specific adsorption, thus providing excellent recovery and reproducibility. The 300 Å pore‐size version is targeted at large biomolecules (up to ~1.25 M Da) and offers high separation efficiency, sharp peaks, and is compatible with conventional HPLC systems
