Thermo Forma Steri-Cycle i160 Double-Stack CO2 Incubator

The exclusive "Steri-Run" high temperature sterilization cycle included with this incubator reaches 180°C on all chamber surfaces and is independently proven to achieve total sterilization and a 12 log Sterility Assurance Level (SAL). With the push of a button, the simple overnight routine provides fast, easy elimination of microbial contaminants and eliminates the need for separate autoclaving of parts. Additionally, the i160’s protected humidity reservoir boasts a directly heated water reservoir which provides stable high relative humidity levels, preventing culture desiccation. This allows for up to five times faster humidity recovery than traditional water pan designs.

Also featured is in-chamber HEPA filtration, which continuously filters the entire chamber air volume every 60 seconds. ISO 5 clean room air quality is achieved in the culture chamber within 5 minutes. Continuous protection is provided by minimizing the ability for contaminants to settle on interior surfaces.
